More than bars,
machines and
great music.
Callum and Rachel spent over a decade in the industry, in gyms across the UK and abroad, working out what a gym should feel like. Then they built it at Ford.

Questions
How do I get the £25 price?
Pick your membership on the join page, then enter the code BIRTHDAY at checkout. That drops your first month to £25. If you forget to enter it you will be charged the full price, so put it in before you confirm.
Is there really no contract?
No. It is a rolling membership with no joining fee and nothing to sign. If it is not for you, you cancel and that is the end of it.
What if I have never trained in a gym before?
That is exactly who this is built for. The induction walks you round the whole place and the goal setting appointment gives you something to actually follow. You will not be left to work it out on your own.
When can I train?
Any hour of any day. You get your own access through the turnstile. Staff are on site Monday to Friday 7am to 11am and 4pm to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 1pm.
Can I do the induction online?
Yes. You can book an in person induction, or watch the full online induction before you come down, and rewatch it whenever you like.
