    Hey I'm Clio, I've been powerlifting for 4 years and have always been into strength training! I adore the way it makes me feel and would encourage everyone to try! I came 2nd in the u69s British Champs ‘23. I've also picked up hyrox training alongside my strength! I love talking all things strength & fitness journeys and I’m always here to help!

    Hi, I’m Tom Tyson - a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, with over 2 years experience working in a local gym and over 7 years of training myself. I specialise in perfecting form, structuring personalised programs and helping to build confidence in the gym.

    My mission is to help you find both your passion for fitness and make training an enjoyable and empowering part of your life. Whether you’re just getting started, have specific goals or want to build your confidence, I’m here to support you every step of the way - both in and out of the gym.

    I will be one of a brilliant team working as the front of house for the gym, who will endeavour to make you feel at home and laugh like you’re with your friends. I will be around to help keep the gym clean and provide any refreshments if needed. I am currently training as a Personal Trainer and love all things fitness and gym related…except burpees!
