Hi, I’m Tommy - a competitive powerlifter and bodybuilder. I’m 5+ years deep into online coaching and personal training, specialising in strength training and body transformation.

Tom tyson

Hi, I’m Tom Tyson - a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, with over 2 years experience working in a local gym and over 7 years of training myself. I specialise in perfecting form, structuring personalised programs and helping to build confidence in the gym.

  • This class prioritises building strength whilst still delivering the cardiovascular and muscular endurance benefits of a circuits class. Each session focuses on reps, load, power output, and speed — the key components of well-rounded fitness.

    Tuesday @ 6:30pm

  • This is a great full body workout. Moving round various stations with various exercises and movements which can be tailored towards your ability level. This is a really well-rounded class which can help you progress towards any type of goal and increase confidence in the gym.

  • This class blends a strength training and circuit-style class together to create the ultimate hybrid of cardiovascular and muscular fitness.
