We offer a range of classes to kickstart your fitness journey and to meet the needs our members, with plenty more to come.

  • This class prioritises building strength whilst still delivering the cardiovascular and muscular endurance benefits of a circuits class. Each session focuses on reps, load, power output, and speed — the key components of well-rounded fitness.

  • This is a great full body workout. Moving round various stations with various exercises and movements which can be tailored towards your ability level. This is a really well-rounded class which can help you progress towards any type of goal and increase confidence in the gym.

  • A lower-impact class that still packs a punch, using resistance bands and bodyweight, you’ll still feel the burn with upper and lower body focused movements, ideal for anyone looking to improve muscle tone and maintain strength without so much jumping around and cardio.

    Wednesday @ 9:30am

  • A high energy, sports-inspired workout designed to build stamina, strength and total-body fitness. This powerful class combines athletic cardio moves with functional strength exercises, all set to motivating music that keeps you pushing yourself from start to finish.
